Team Hoyt shooters made history today, shooting an unheard-of nine 1400+ FITA scores in the qualifying round of the 2009 FITA Archery World Cup second stage in Croatia.
Hoyt shooters Morten Boe (NOR), Kevin Tataryn(CAN), Jorge Jiminez (ESA), Braden Gellenthein (USA), Sergio Pagni (ITA), Peter Elzinga (NED)and Pat Coghlan (AUS), along with Jamie Van Natta (USA) and Sofia Goncharova (RUS), each shattered the benchmark 1400 FITA score in the tough 144-arrow FITA qualification round.
This incredible feat marks the highest number of multiple 1400 scores in a single event in FITA history!
The World Cup continues with elimination and team rounds this week. Hoyt shooters have dominated every World Cup event since the circuit began in 2006, taking 80 out of the 90 medals awarded.
