More World Cup Gold for Team Hoyt!

by Team Hoyt

Antalya, Turkey
Once again, Team Hoyt shooters totally dominated the medal count and the #1 places at the latest FITA World Cup stage, this time in the spectacular Turkish resort city of Antalya on the Mediterranean Sea.
Men's compound action saw a blistering match between Hoyt teammates Dominique Genet (FRA) and Braden Gellenthein (USA).  In the end, Dominique edged Braden for the victory.
Team Hoyt's Pat Coghlan (AUS) completed the Team Hoyt sweep, defeating Hoyt teammate Sebastian Brasseur (FRA) in the bronze final.
Not to be outdone, Team Hoyt members Olga Bosch (VEN) and Luzmary Guedez (VEN) fought a fierce battle for the women's compound gold medal win. In the end, Luzmary edged Olga for the victory.
In men's recurve action it was another all-Hoyt final, with '92 Barcelona bronze medalist Simon Terry (GBR) in a match for the gold medal with Hoyt's Thomas Aubert (FRA). In a great display of accuracy and tenacity the two traded the lead right up to the final arrow, which saw Simon deliver a decisive 10 for the gold medal win.
Team Hoyt's domination of the FITA World Cup circuit has continued all season, with Team Hoyt taking 9 out of 10 of the individual and team medals awarded - including all of the gold compound division medals for both men and women.
