Waddell, Maxxis hammer hefty moose in Alaska!

Just days ago, Hoyt Pro Staffer Michael Waddell and his Hoyt Maxxis arrowed a big, trophy-class moose in South Central Alaska with Northern Wilderness Adventures. It was day eight of Michael's hunt, and the rut was just starting to kick in. His bull followed the script perfectly - responding immediately to the guide's calls, and quickly closing the distance to a mere 30 yards. Michael and his Maxxis made short work of the giant bull, and enjoyed a quick, 75-yard recovery.
The dramatic hunt will be featured on an upcoming episode of Bone Collector.
