Team Hoyt
2/15/2011
Once again this year, more than 1600 shooters from across the globe stepped onto the line in Las Vegas, and once again it was Team Hoyt taking the glory.
The men's recurve gold went to Team Hoyt's Crispin Duenas (CAN) the legendary "le Canard Noir" of Canada, with Magnus "The Great One" Petersson (SWE) taking bronze, and Team Hoyt's Carina Christiansen (DEN) and Khatuna LORIG (USA) taking the recurve women's silver and bronze respectively. All 4 of the 6 podium positions were taken with Hoyt's FORMULA RX bows.
Crispin's Vegas Shoot victory came after Saturday night's Archery World Challenge shoot off, in which "le Canard Noir" finished a solid third. Hoyt FORMULA shooter Jake Kaminski (USA) took 2nd.
