2 pounds ground venison
1 cup quick or regular oats (not instant)
1 cup soft bread crumbs
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
Mix ingredients and roll into two-inch balls. Roll meatballs in flour and place in a casserole. Pour one envelope dry onion soup mix and 1 ½ cups water over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
