With back-to-back personal best trophies on the ground, Michael Waddell and his AlphaMax have had an incredible week! After arrowing his best buck ever last week - a 167" Kansas bruiser - Michael found success again just days ago in Indiana. The buck that is now Michael's new personal best is a true giant - grossing over 176"!
Waddell isn't the only one enjoying incredible AlphaMax success. Travis "T-Bone" Turner and Nick Mundt - Hoyt Pro Staffers and Waddell's co-hosts of the new "Bone Collector" TV show set to air in January 2009 on The Outdoor Channel - also tagged great bucks in Kansas and Indiana. The Bone Collectors' Kansas and Indiana hunts were their first pursuits with the all-new AlphaMax, and the results have been amazing. AlphaMax's speed, whisper-quiet shot and unbelievable accuracy made short work of the Bone Collectors' Pope and Young and Boone & Crockett trophies.
Joining Waddell and company in Kansas were country music stars Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert - both of whom are diehard bowhunters and hardcore Hoyt fans. Blake and his Hoyt dropped a heavy-horned buck early on during the Kansas hunt.
