Terms and Conditions/Returns

RETURNS: A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from customer service prior to returning products. You can reach customer service at 801-363-2990. Merchandise that has not been worn or washed is will be accepted by Hoyt for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be given based on the original form of payment.

Hoyt requires that all returns are made through UPS or FedEx so that a tracking number is available in the case of lost or delayed merchandise. All return information must include the following: product information, reason for return, your return authorization number, full name and contact information, and if you are requesting a refund or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange of merchandise, please specify which item you are requesting in detail (i.e. product name, size, etc.)

Note -All items are subject to a *10% restocking fee. (*Does not apply if the item(s) are defective).

Items not eligible for return/exchange by Hoyt Archery include:

- Clearance items

- Items that are not in new condition with original packaging

- Items without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number

- Items without a Hoyt Web Order Number

Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) you purchased minus a 10% restocking fee.
